i THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE respectfully moves the Board to allow New Hampshire to file the accompanying Objection of the State of New Hampshire to the Board's May 11, 1983, Memorandum and Order three ' days beyond the time limit prescribed in 10 C.F.R. S2.752(c).
Counsel for New Hampshire were unexpecte'dly involved with other matters (one with litigation in federal court), and were not able to finalize this Objection by Monday, May 23, as the above-cited rule required.
