Supplemental information regarding this generic letter was transmitted from me to you on August 1, 1983 At the request of Carl Stahle of your staff, we have further evaluated the Regulatory Guide 1.97 requirements and we will be providing you a proposed implementation date by December 1, 1983 This date is based on an October 1, 1983 completion of the conceptual design. As a result of the completion date being based on conceptual design and projected material deliveries, future date revisions may be required.
