This letter is submitted in response to the Request ior Additional Information (RAI) forwarded by Reference 1.
We are currently soliciting information from the turbine vendor in an effort to directly respond to your questions.
As soon as appropriate information is available, we intend to request a meeting with the NRC to discuss resolution of the issues.
A schedule for submitting additional information will be forwarded following that meeting.
It is our intent to provide the additional information requested within the time period identified in the RAI (i.e.,
December 28, 1991).
