APPLICATION FOR AME!1DMEllf TO OPERATIljG LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesno I,ight Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to this licenso be amended to.provido heatup and cooldown curvos applicable to 16 offoctive full power years and change the overpressure protection system setpoint and enable temperature to reflect analycis results applicable to 16 offectivo full power years.
The proposed technical specification changos are set ferth in Attachment A
to this Application.
A safety analysis and no significant-hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Based on the guidanco provided by the Commission, the proposed changen havo boon datormined.to involvo no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
