Secondary containment Leak Rate Test Reports
Dear Sir:
A Secondary Containment Leak Rate Test was satisfactorily performed on May 5, 1991 prior to RF0 8 fuel offload. A second Secondary Containment Leak Rate Test was satisfactorily performed on June 20, 1991 prior to RF0 8 fuel reload.
Each test verified Secondary Containment integrity as defined by PNPS Technical Specification (TS) 4.7.C.1.
