As a concemed homeowner living in the area of the Perry Nuclear laver Plant in Perry, Ohio, I am requesting the oppurtunity to make a five-minute statement at the public hearings before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on 13g 23, 1983.
I wish to express my concerns for the safety of my fa.d.ly and myself which
'I feel is threatened due to poor quality control during the construction of this plant.
