Motion for Extension of Time LILCO requests a one day extension for the filing of its Supplemental SC/ SOC 7B Reply Findings which are now due on Monday, May 23.

Although the NRC Staff Supplemental SC/ SOC 7B Findings were completed on Monday, May 16, through no fault of Staff counsel they were not served on LILCO's counsel until Tuesday, May 17.

Thus, LILCO requests per-mission to file its reply findings on Tuesday, May 24.

Counsel for the Staff supports this motion, and counsel for the County does not oppose it.

Respectfully submitted, LONG ISLAND LIGHTING COMPANY D
