S 9.13 and specifically including drafts) relating to the investigation conducted by the llRC's Of fice of Investigations ("oI") f rom January 1990 to March 1991 concerning an alleged intentional violation of Technical Specifications at the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant

("VEGP") Unit 1 on October 12 and 13, 1908.

Records produced pursuant to this request should include, l
