Under the circumstances that a very serious breach of confidence in answers provided by Applicant / Counsel, as per revelation by their letter of Aug. 10, 1983, that previously stated infozmation re weld infractions described in IE Report 76-06 of Nov. 10, 1976, to the NRC Safety & Licensing Board, as well as, to Air & Water Pollution Patrol (AWPP) (Romano),

AWPP requests that the Applicant be made by the NRC to provide affidavits to substantiate all safety-related matters, corres-pondence, and information'provided the NRC and its Atoric Safety and Licensing Board.

The AWPP (Romano), Contention VI-I (QA/QC) was tentatively denied on the basis of false statements /information made/ supplied by Applicant / Counsel.

AWPP asked the Board to retract that denial on Aug. 15, 1983.

AWPP now asks that the Applicant be made to provide affidavits for all information/ statements made/

provided for use in influencing the NRC and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to throw out contentions in the Limerick Generating Station (LGS) Licensing procedure.'
