Our submittal of June 9,1983, provided a current description of the Operations Quality Assurance Program in accordance with the final rule,10 CFR 50.54(a), as published in the Federal Register (48FR1026).
It was recently identified that duplicate figures depicting the organ-ization of our quality Assurance Department - Operations Phase, were submitted and that the figure depicting the interface of the QA Depart--
irent with other Duquesne Light Divisions was not included. Attached is the correct Figure A.2-3 representing the corporate Quality Assurance interfaces.
Please replace Figure A.2-3 submitted on June 9 with this correct figure.
