Dear Administrative Judges:
As usually happens, in the cold light of dawn today I found some midly embarrassing typographical and editorial errors in the pleading filed the night before.
The more significant errors which should be corrected in " Applicant's Response to Motions of Intervenors Mary Sinclair and Barbara Stamiris with. respect to Dow Lawsuit" dated August 17, 1983 are as follows:
page 4, line 7:
substitute " based on the documents" for "in the documents" page 11, fn. 5, line 5:
"heterogenerous" should be
" heterogeneous" t
page 19, fn. 10, line 4: "section entitled" should be added at the end of this line after the word "at" and before the comma.
page 26, third line from bottom of page:
The citation for the preceding quotation is "Prehearing Conference Order Ruling on Contentions and on Consolidation of Proceedings" dated October 24, 1980 at p. 4.
