Youngblood, which enclosed the NRC Staff safety evaluation of the Zimmer equipment environmental qualification program.
The NRC letter requested a schedule for submitting additional information required by the enclosure.
This schedule is provided to you in Attachment 1.
The requested additional information will be provided in the form of revisions to the Environmental Qualification Report submitted to you on July 16, 1982 and revised February 3, 1983.
