S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment ';c. IE tc racility Operating License No. DPR-75, issued to Public Service E'.e:tric and Sas Company, Philadelphia Eie: ric Company, Delmarva Power and Light Company, and Atlantic City Electric Company'(the licensees),
which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Salem Nuclear Generating Station., Unit No. 2 (the facility) located in Salem County, New Jersey. The amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.

The amendment changes the Technical Specifications on Fxy to remove

the cycle de:endent values of Fxy as a function of core height and provide

these Fxy values by means of a Peaking Factor Limit Report.
The acplication for the amendment complies with the standards and recuire erts of the Atomic Energy Act of 1951, as amended,(the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate I
findings as recuired a fhe Act and the Commission's rules'and regulations in 10 CFR ' Chapter,,
