Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Emergency Planning Infornition Distribution ASLB Partial Init 'al Decision As an update of the information provided in our letter 5211-83-024 of January 26, 1983, this is to advise you that the emergency preparedness briefings for major employers, which were called for as part of the ASLB Partial Initial Decision, have been of fered and conducted for major employers and operators of transient locations within the Three Mile Island Plume Exposure Pathway EPZ.
Action required by paragraph 2010 e of the ASLB Partial Initial Decision of December 14, 1981 on Emergency Planning Issues, has been completed and may now be certified as such by the NRC staff. No further action is required by the Licensee to satisfy the eight emergency planning conditions I
of the Partial Initial Decision.
