Intervenor herein, hereby files this, its Motion to Allow Additional Supplementary Surrebuttal Testimony of Jack Doyle, Witness for Intervenor CASE. This testimony is attached as CASE Exhibit 805 and attachments, CASE Exhibits 790, 799 through 804.
CASE seeks leave to file this additional testimony for the following good reasons.
The drawing which is attached as CASE Exh'ibit 790(2323-SI-0550) on tile upper lateral restraint was not received by CASE until today, attached to a copy of Applicants' May 6,1983, letter to the Board Chairman in response to his request. As stated by Mr. Doyle in his attached testimony, receipt of this drawing indicates new and significant information of such importance that it has made it necessary for him to revise his former testimony as attached.

For these reasons, CASE hereby moves that the Licensing Board grant CASE's Motion to Allow Additional Supplementary Surrebuttal Testimony of Jack Doyle, Witness for Intervenor CASE, as set forth in the attached CASE 8305130066 030509 PDR ADOCK 05000445 G
