50 328 On May 4, 1982 the NRC issued Amendment 13 to Facility Operating License (FOL) DPR-77 and Amendment 4 to FOL DPR-79 approving the revision to Table 3.6-2 on page 3/4 6-20 to include valve FCV-77-20 as item number 52.
On August 16, 1982, TVA submitted a proposed change to the technical specifications to change the maximum isolation time to the letdown line valve FCV-62-77 on Table 3.6-2, page 3/4 6-20.
NRC subsequently approved this change on December 23, 1982 by the issuance of Amendment 20 to FOL DPR-77 and Amendment 10 tc FOL DPR-79 However, page 3/4 6-20 issued by the NRC for unit 1 inadvertently deleted valve FCV-77-20 from Table 3 6-2 because we erroneously submitted the change on a superseded page. Page 3/4 6-20 issued by the NRC for unit 2 correctly included valve FCV-77-20 in Table 3.6-2.
We consider this to be a clerical problem, and we are reissuing page 3/4 6-2 for unit 1, with FCV-77-20 included in Table 3.6-2, to the holders of the technical specifications.
