Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Araendment No.14 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-11, issued to Comon-wealth Edison Company for operation of the la Salle County Station, Unit No.1 (the facility) located in lirookfield Township, La Salle County, Illinois.
This amendment consists of a deletion of License Condition 2.C.(26) and changes the Technical Specifications to incorporate the approved alternative i

Rad /Chen Technician qualification. The arcadment is effective as of the date of issuance.
The ' application for amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations. The Coennission has made appropriate findings as reouired by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations l
in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment and in the safaty evaluation in support of the Amendment. Prior public notice of the license anendment was not required since the Amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The Comission has determined that the issuance of this Amendment will l
