1. Suffolk County's Revised Proposed Opinion on Suffolk County / SOC Contention 7B, with a Revised Detailed Table of Contents.

2. Suffolk County's Supplemental Proposed Findings of Fact on Suffolk County / SOC Contention 7B. \

3. Suffolk County's Revised Findings of Fact on Suffolk County / SOC Contention 7B.

The Revised Proposed Opinion replaces the Proposed Opinion on Contention 7B filed by Suffolk County on January 31, 1983.

Revisions to the original opinion have been designated as follows:

a) New material has been underlined, with three exceptions. All of Sections II.B.3., IV.C.3.,

and IV.D.l. are new, but due to their length, they have not been underlined.

b) A line has been drawn through material which has been deleted, with one exception. The original Section IV.D.1 " Task A-17," has been deleted in its entirety and replaced by a new Section IV.D.l. Due to its length, the original text has not been reprinted in the Revised Opinion.

The Revised Findings of Fact set forth revisions to the original Contention 7B Findings of Fact which were filed by the County on January 31, 1983. Only those original Findings which have been revised as a result of the reopening of the record are reprinted, with revisions designated in the manner de-scribed above. The remaining Contention 7B Findings of Fact submitted by the County remain unchanged.
