Attached are ten (10) copies of WCAP-10252, the non proprietary version of WCAP-10196, "Second Cycle Performance of Beaver Valley Unit 1 Fuel".
WCAP-10196 was submitted by letter dated February 2,1983.
Also attached is an application from Westinghouse Electric Corporation and acconpanying affidavit that sets forth the basis on which the infor-mation contained in WCAP-10196 may be withheld from public disclosure and addresses the specific considerations listed in 10 CFR 2.790(b)(4).
