Enclosed are 4 copies of the Revision "11" to the R.E. Ginna Nuc! car Power Plant Security Plan. This revision is being submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effect;veness.
Revision 11 consists of modifications to the Plan text which reflect as-installed conditions from our security system upgrade project, administrative clarifications, eight (8) updated drawir.ps as well as removal of the cross-reference matrix and Appendix "E", a temporary addendum to the Security Plan which became obsolete upon onclusion of the securiN system upgrade project.
Both the enclosures to this letter and obsolete pages remov:d from the plan contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public di; closure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
