Enclosed is a copy of Westinghouse procedure ISI-154 Revision 1, dated March 16,1983, "Preservice and Inservice Inspection of Reactor Vessels." This procedure meets the intent of Regulatory Guide 1.150, Revision 1, referenced in Generic Letter 83-15, and is to be used during our third refueling outage, expected to begin June 1983.
We are requesting that this procedure be reviewed by your staff so that we can detemine its acceptability prior to use.
It is our intent to use this pro-cedure as is unless there are NRC comments requiring resolution.
We would appreciate your comments by June 10, 1983.
