Mr. Cioni's deposition is scheduled for May 10, 1983 at 9:00 a.m.,

at the offices of Isham, Lincoln & Beale, Three First National Plaza, Suite 5200, Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Marello's deposition is scheduled for May 26, 1983 at 9:00 a.m.,

also at the Isham, Lincoln & Beale offices on the 49th floor in Chicago, Illinois.

We have been unsuccessful in serving Charles Grant.

Therefore, his deposition date will be rescheduled if we are able to accomplish service.
