Dear Mr. Collins:

The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC no later than April 30, 1983.

At the present time, corrective action is scheduled for completion on May 20, 1983. This is due to the fact that corrective action cannot be performed during plant testing. A final report will therefore be delayed until June 15, 1983.
