IE Inspection Report 82-22 dated October 28, 1982 had an open item (50-255/82-22-01) in which Consumers Power Company had made a commitment to analyze a liquid sample from the clean waste receiver tank for Tritium, SR-89, SR-90 and Gross Beta activity. The split sample was originally scheduled for October 19, 1982 at 1100 EDT, however, a second sample was requested by the NRC after their own analysis of the original sample was determined to be unsatisfactory. The results of the analysis from the split sample taken at 0900 EST on November 23, 1982 are given below.
