I LILCO has advised you that it will be filing in late April or early May alternative means for implementing the offsite emergency plan for' Shoreham without Suffolk County's resources.
This letter is to advise you that we believe we will be able to serve this material the week of May 16.
This is not quite "early May," but it is about the best we can do given the size of the task.
