APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO SUNFLOWER REQUEST FOR STIPULATION By motion of April 29, 1983, Sunflower Alliance Inc.,
et al.
(" Sunflower") requests that Applicants and Staff stipulate to the authenticity of documents "to be identified at a later date by Sunflower."
Sunflower further requests that these unidentified documents "be admitted as evidence."
Applicants can not stipulate to the authenticity of documents which Sunflower has not even identified.
Without such identification, any determination as to their authenticity or relevance is obviously impossible.
