Subject:

Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Occupational Exposure Tabulation Report Revisions for 1987 thru 1990

Dear Sir:

This letter revises previously submitted data which provides an addition to occupational exposure tabulation data for the Limerick Generating Station (LGS) as discussed with Mr. Charles Hinson of the Radiation Protection Branch. This type of data is submitted annually in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 20.407 and LGS Technical Specifications. We are re-submitting the same data that was previously submitted along with additional actual Thermoluminescent Dosimeter (TLD) exposure data as suggested in NUREG-0713 Volume 9, page 3-2, Occupational Radiation Exposure at Commercial Nuclear Power Reactors and Other Facilities 1997. The purpose of the re-submittal is to provide the actual TLD exposure which can then be published in the LWR Occupational Dose Data for 1990 Report and in future volumes of NUREG-0713 Volumes 10, 11, 12. The enclosed data entails the years 1987 thru 1990.

Publishing actual TLD exposure data will provide the nuclear industry with the actual occupational exposure versus an estimate from NUREG-0713 calculation techniques.

Revision bars on the right hand side of the document indicate additions being provided.
