In reference to the request in your letter of April 17, 1991, please note that the circle numbers on Figure 1.2 are the room numbers as they were changed from the previous 3-digit numbers.

These numbers also appear on the rooms in our f acility. Therefore, we see no need to change Figure 1.2 further.

If it is still felt that Figure 1.2 should be changed, please let us know.
