- Sinclair, dated March 11, 1983, which transmitted Amendment No. 73 to the FitzPatrick Operating License.
Dear Sir:
The referenced letter transmitted Amendment No. 73 to the FitzPatrick Operating License, which deleted all Environmental Technical Specifications pertaining to non-radiological water quality requirements.
This letter also requested that the Authority l
l confirm a commitment to report to the NRC, at the time of their occurrence, changes to or violations of our permit issued under the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System.
The Authority made this commitment, and agreed to its formalization in the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications, at the request of the NRC staff. However, this requirement was j
not incorporated into Amendment No. 73.
