With reference 1 Babcock & Wilcox, (B&W) submitted Appendix I to the SBLOCA ECCS evaluation model topical report (BAW-10154).
We request that this appendix be considered as part of the operating license application for WNP-1.
In reference 2 we made the same request for the main portion of 8AW-10154. Appendix I was being withheld pending a decision to change to external auxiliary feedwater headers located high on the steam generators. We have decided to make this change on WNP-1.
