Revision'to the Expected Fuel Load Date For-Byron Station Unit 1 NRC Docket No. 50-454 l
Dear Mr. Denton:
The schedule of construction activities and preoperational testing has resulted in a change in the estimate of the fuel load date of Byron Unit 1 to a date later than August 31.
The current I
estimate is that fuel will be loaded in Unit 1 in November, 1983.
While it is conceivable that fuel load could be accomplished earlier than November, Commonwealth Edison Company is using that date for planning purposes..There are, of course, contingen:les which could cause fuel load for Unit 1 to occur later than November.
I will continue to keep you advised of any changes in the scheduled fuel load date for Byron Unit 1.
