Pursuant to my rights under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), I am requesting all records and communications related to the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) determination to allow Southern California Edison to resume fuel loading at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. This includes the technical data submitted by Edison regarding the possible effects of scratching on spent fuel canister during fuel loading operations and any other documents reviewed by the NRC. If costs for producing these writings exceed $1500 please notify me, otherwise proceed. Also please include my law partner mseverson@amslawyers.com in any future responses.
