hereby filing the rebuttal testimony of Mr. Saul Levine.
Mr.
Levine's rebuttal testimony addresses the revisions made by the NRC Staff (Mr. Hulman) on page 4 of the Staff's joint testimony concerning Rockford League of Women Voters' Contentions 8 and 62, and DAARE/ SAFE Contention 2a.
I propose to call Mr. Levine to the witness stand on Friday, April 29, for the purpose of introducing his testimony.
