Enclosed is Revision 12 to Issue 4 c' the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan ( PSP).
Revision 12 changes include:

The Unit 1 Eighth Refueling outage Support Trailer locations within the Protected Area.
2.
Correction to the geographic location of the Secondary Access facility.
3.
Correction of an administrative orror on the description of security hardware associated to the Unit 1 Primary Auxiliary Building, East door, 770' level.
4.
Miscellaneous Training Qualification Plan updaten to the most current techniques taught nationally.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These
- changes, since the do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Phyrical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provision of 10 CFR 2.790(d), and Safeguards Information under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, and thereby exempt from public disclosure.
