ULNRC-2097 dated October 23, 1989 The referenced letter responded to NRC Generic Letter 89-07, which addressed safeguards contingency planning for surface vehicle bombs.

In the referenced letter we indicated that the short term actions had been implemented.

This letter is to document that the long term actions, in response to Generic Letter 89-07, were

. completed during the first quarter of 1990.

This issue was also reviewed and closed by the NRC in Inspection Report 50-483/90004 dated February 16, 1990.
