Dear Sir:

s Enclosed in accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix E requirements are two copies of Emergency Implementing Procedure GO-EIP-131, Rev. 2.

Also en-closed is a Document Transmittal Acknowledgement Form which we request that you sign and return so that we may verify your receipt of these documents in accordance with our document control procedures.

On August 12 and October 4, 1982 ten (10) copies each of seventeen (17) General Office Emergency Implementing Procedures (G0-EIPs) were trans-mitted from the Alabama Power Company Corporate Office to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. On December 21, 1982 ten (10) copies each of three (3) revised GO-EIPs were transmitted to the Director Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Attention Mr. Steve A. Varga, Chief Operating Reactors Branch.

Each of these transmittals was accompanied by a Document Transmittal Acknowledgement Form and to date we have not received any of these forms from the addressees.

Enclosed are duplicates of the transmittal forms.

Document Transmittal Forms are also outstanding for copies of Emergency Implementing Procedures and Emergency Plan copies transmitted from Farley Nuclear Plant Document Control. Duplicates of those transmittals are also enclosed. We respectfully request that if the NRC is not in a position to sign and return Transmittal Acknowledgement Forms that we be notified of this in writing so that this deviation from our document control procedures can be noted.

In such case, future submittals will be sent without the Document Transmittal Forms.
