DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Unit 1 Inservice Inspection Summary Report Refuelinn Outare No. 16 During the 1994 Prairie Island Unit i refueling outage (Refueling Outage No.
16), the inservice inspection (ISI) examination for period three of the second 10 year interval was conducted. Attached for your information are four copies of the ISI examination Summary Report for this period.
The report identifies components examined, the examination methods used, the examination numbers, and summaries of the results. All anomalies were either corrected or an engineering evaluation was performed to accept "as is" conditions. A description of corrective work and corresponding work request numbers are provided in the ASME Section XI Repair / Replacement portion of the report.
This Summary Report is being submitted in accordance w.th the Prairie Island ASME Code Section XI Inservice Inspection and Testing Program and is intended to satisfy the inspection reporting requirements contained in IWA-6220 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
We have made no new NRC commitments in this letter or report.
