Identification and Correction of Conditions Adverse to Ouality The purpose of this letter is to inform yot. of a schedule change.
On June 6,1994 we responded to a Notice of Violation contained in your letter of May 6, 1994, which transmitted Inspection Report Nos. 282/94003(DRP) and 306/94003(DRP).
In our response to Violation A we made six new NRC commitments.
One of those commitments is the following:
Instructions for control of supplemental information will be revised to establish criteria for each method used to inform plant personnel of changes relating to or caused by commitments, unresolved items, newly identified information, etc.
This information will be made available for use by all site personnel.
We had stated that the scheduled completion date for this commitment would be October 1, 1994. We are writing to inform you that we will complete this commitment by December 1, 1994 rather than October 1.
