Dear Mr. Martin:
North Atlaritic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) requests that the USNRC renew the senior reactor operator licenses for Mr. Gene F. St. Pierre and Mr. Richard J. O'Connor. License expiration date for both licenses is October 31,1994.
Mr. St. Pierre and Mr. O'Connor have met the requirements of 10 CFR part 55.59.
