REVISION 27 TO THE PAllSADES SECURITY PLAN Attached is one original and three copies of Revision 27 to the Palisades Security Plan.
The changes to the plan were required as a result of modifications to the plant made during the recently completed refueling outage.
Consumers Power has determined that the changes contained in Revision 27 do not degrade j
the overall safeguards effectiveness of the Palisades Security Plan.
Therefore, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(P)(2).
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
