Enclosed are the additional documents which you requested March 22, 1991, concerning Nuclear Quality Programs' coverage of Radiochemistry activities.
He have compiled a brief summary of the enclosures.

This document is an extended surveillance of Chemistry (radiological and nonradiological) conducted in June, 1990.
This review evaluated in-process sampling techniques, chemistry lab activities, chemistry reporting (trendlag), and chemistry technician training. :

This is the annual audit report of the Braidwood Station Chemistry l
Program and approved audit checklist. As we discussed, some of the l
questions (Nos. 2, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) dealt directly with the
-Radiochemistry program. :

NQP Monthly Report (February, 1991)
HQP Instruction No. 22 The monthly reports contain our assessments of individual areas to upper management. Also included are the individual Field Monitoring Reports (FMR's) which are the fleid coverage documentation of that area and the basis for the assessments.
In the first two months of 1991 NQP performed seven (January) and 12 (February) FMR's in the Chemistry area.
Also enclosed is the " Nuclear Quality Program Instruction No. 22" l
which describes how the FMR program is implemented.

Attachment II, R. Rysner participated in the Environmental Protection Audit QAA 20-90-16.
Attachment III, J. Watson participated in Chemistry on-the-job training (Chemistry Foreman) from 9/10/90 to 9/14/90. : Organization Charts related to Quality Assurance.
These organization charts were taken from the CECO Quality Assurance Manual, Quality Requirement No. 1.
From these charts you can see the flow paths and segregation of responsibility of Quality Programs and Assessments, Production, and Quality Assurance / Nuclear Safety.
