Transmittal of changes to the Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure (EPIP) Forms Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q), five copies of changes to the Fort Calhoun Station EPIP Forms are being provided to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. One copy (copy number 165) is provided for your office. Three copies (copy numbers 154, 155 and 156) are being provided to the Regional Office in Arlington, Texas.
One copy (copy number 56) is also being provided to the NRC Senior Resident Inspector at Fort Calhoun Station. A transmittal sheet is provided for each
-copy to-confirm receipt of the serialized document.
It is requested that these transmittal sheets be completed and returned when the enclosed changes have been placed into your controlled copy.
