Electric Corporation (computer codes used are listed in the UFSAR Section 14.2.5. 1.2) and used by Stone and Webster Corporation to determine containment conditions (pressure and temperature response) following a steamline rupture.

Updated Final Safety Analysis Report changes:
this supporting information identified by Westinghouse is provided for Commission review to reflect the results of the Boron Concentration Reduction Analysis and will be incorporated into the UFSAR following Commission approval of this Technical Specification Change. Note that changes to the Updated FSAR in addition to those identified by Westinghouse will be required.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50,59, we have determined that an un-reviewed safety question is involved with this proposed Technical Speci-fication change request, since the margia of safety for Condition II events as defined in the present Technical Specification Bases will be reduced.
We have determined this to be a Class III change request, and a check for $4,000.00 will be submitted under separate cover in accor-dance with 10 CFR 170.22.
We respectfully request that this amendment be approved by July 15, 1983 to support our anticipated restart from the scheduled refueling outage.
