TVA letter to NRC dated March 27,1992, "Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SON) - Request for License Amendment to Technical Specifications (TS) Spent-Fuel Pool Storage Capacity increase" in accordance with a telephone conversatic' or. September 15,1994,TVA notified NRC of a typographical error in Figure 5.d-3 of the subject TS change.
The arithmetic sign in front of the third term of the equation defining the Domain 11 Boundary fuel burn-up should be negative instead of positive. The correct version of this equation is described on page 5-5 in Design Feature Section 5.6.1.1.c.3. The correct equation was used to calculate the curve in Figure 5.6-3. TVA apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused. A corrected copy of Figure 5.6-3 for both Units 1 and 2 is enclosed.
