During the August 12 status conference, the Licensing Board set the schedule for the j
two issues in this proceeding. As you may know, the various dates of that schedule are somewhat scattered throughout the status conference transcript. Sea Tr. 615-656. For your inforniation, I attach a two-page schedule, which I prepared, setting forth the schedule established during the August 12 status conference. As the Board specified, all dates are for receipt of filings.
If you have any different understanding of the established schedule, please let me know by the end of next week (September 16).
