1 JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS FEBRUARY, 1983 The Unit 1 Cycle 4 - Cycle 5 refueling outage continued through the month of February.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of February.

1. Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.

2. Pressurizer pressure controller 444A was repaired.

3. Replaced charcoal filters in the "A" train Penetration Room Filtration System and the "A" train Control Room Filtration Unit.

4. Replaced "0" rings in Containment Penetration Q1T52B038.

5. Replaced root isolation valves on 1A, IB and IC Steam Generator level and flow transmitters.

6. Adjusted packing on #2 and #3 River Water Pumps.
