Dear Mr. Martin:
Reference (a) transmitted a Notification of Claim filed against Boston Edison Company by Mr. M. A. Caputo.
Reference (b) requested that Boston Edison Company provide a report of the circumstances surrounding a high reading dosimeter and the Company's subsequent evaluation of it. is Boston Edison Company's response.
Due to the fact that Attachment i relates to ongoing litigation and in addition, in accordance with 10CFR 52.790 regarding personnel and medical files, Boston Edison Company requests that Attachment i not be disclosed to the public.
