Parameter Limits" In the above references, the District submitted two proposed amendments to the Cooper Nuclear. Station =(CNS) Facility Operating License for NRC review-and approval.
Subsequent. approved Amendments to the CNS Facility Operating License have revised some of the CNS Technical Specification pages that are contained in the above references.
This letter. provides updated Technical Specification pages for. proposed change Nos. 69 and 81' that incorporate all amendments to the CNS-Facility-Operating License through Amendment 139 issued March 27, 1991.
