As we discussed this morning, regarding the " clean" copies which hpplicants are to supply to replace the drawings contained in Jack Doyle's deposition on which he had made handwritten notes, we're attaching a suninary of our comments on each of them. -

Generally, 'they fall into the fo'llowing categories: ~

1. Those with dashes in both columns -- we have no probler with these.

2. Those which appear to be whited-out copies of Mr. Doyle's exhibits. -

Why weren't clean copies made from the microfilnis at CPSES of the original drawings from which copies were made? This would also have made reading some of the xeroxing much easier for all parties, since -

some of Mr. Doyle's photocopies are not of the highest quality.

Please provide clean copies of these exhibits from the microfilm copies of the drawings (instead of the current whited-out re-photocopies) for the exhibits with the phrase " Whited-out" appearing unde'r the heading

" Comments" in the attached listing.

3. Other questions / problems on several " clean" copies which you sent.

These are copies for the following CASE exhibits (see attached list for details of problems): 4-M , 5-B , 8- T , 11 -00, l l-RR, ll-TT , ll-UU, 13-LL, and 18.

• For each of these questioned " clean" drawings, please provide: (1) photocopies taken from the original microfilm from which Mr. Doyle's photocopy was made; or (2) information regarding why'it can't be provided.

If you have any questions af ter you get this, please give nm a call and we'll go over them when you have our comments in hand.
