Dear Mr. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 5 U.S.C.
522, I hereby request from your Agency the following information regarding the Salem Nuclear Power Plant, Salem, New Jersey:
1.
Copies of portions of Ilealth and Safety Inspection Reports for the Salem I Nuclear Power Plant dealing with the six inch gaps between the airlock and platform on both the 100 foot and 130 foot elevations.
I am interested in portions of those reports from the time the plant began operation through October 10, 1979.
2.
Any reports regarding injuries sustained by employees or independant contractors occurring prior to October 10, 1979 near the areas mentioned above at the Salem I Nuclear Power Plant.
